10 Lagu Secondhand Serenade yang wajib ada di Playlist kamu

Secondhand Serenade adalah sebuah band rock akustik, yang dipimpin oleh vokalis dan gitaris John Vesely. Vesely telah merilis tiga album studio sampai saat ini di bawah nama Secondhand Serenade: Awake pada tahun 2007, A Twist on My Story pada tahun 2008 dan Hear Me Now pada tahun 2010.

Yah, gue suka sama lagu-lagu Secondhand Serenade karena berasa dinyanyiin sama pacar sendiri. Secara, konsisten banget dari semua lagu selalu pake kata “I” and “you”. Biasanya band atau penyanyi lain lebih sering pake kata “her” atau “his”. Gue suka lagunya mulai dari yang romantis, galau, sampai lagu yang bisa bikin nangis di pojokan kamar. Nah guys, mungkin ini bisa jadi referensi buat kalian.

#1. Never Too Late

Nih lagu rekomendasi dari temen gue. Pertama denger langsung bikin nyesek deh. Apalagi waktu itu pas banget sama suasana hati gue. Aaa…bisa nangis di pojokan kamar kalo dengerin lagu ini. Hampir semua lirik dari lagu ini gue suka banget, paling nyesek pas bagian “I’m dead inside…Bring me back to life”. Lagu ini sih tetep jadi nomer satu buat gue…

Nah kalo yang ini, siapa sih yang gak tau lagu ini. Lagunya Secondhand Serenade yang paling terkenal di dunia. Liriknya bagus, musiknya enak, I love it.

#3. Awake

Nih lagu juga hasil rekomendasi dari temen gue. Pertama kali denger langsung suka. Liriknya lagi-lagi sangat romantis. Kalo dengerin lagu ini serasa dinyanyiin pacar…hehehe

#4. You Call

Nih lagu sih gue pernah dinyanyiin sama pacar. Lumayan juga, masih nuansa romantis gitu. Suka juga sama lagu ini.

#5. Hear Me Now

Kalo lagu yang satu ini gak dinyanyiin sendiri sama Vesely, tapi featuring sama  Juliet Simms of Automatic Loveletter…

#6. Broken

Kalo lagu ini dari bait pertama gue udah suka banget. Makin ke tengah makin jatuh cinta, apalagi tambah suara backing vokalnya yang terbungkus apik banget.

#7. It’s not Over

Nih lagu meskipun sederhana gue suka banget. Apalagi “It’s over”nya diulang-ulang mulu. Yah, ceritanya penyesalan gitu lah…

Awal denger lagu ini, dari menit pertama gue langsung suka sama nada dan akustik gitarnya.

Lagi da lagi, nyesek banget nih lagu. Jangan dengerin kalo abis patah hati deh, bisa nangis di pojokan kamar.
